Hi, I’m Ananya – a passionate yoga instructor with over 7 years of experience helping people find peace, strength, and balance through yoga. My mission is to guide you toward a healthier lifestyle by blending traditional yoga wisdom with modern wellness techniques.
My Yoga Journey
My yoga journey began during my college years when I turned to yoga to manage stress and anxiety. What started as a personal escape slowly transformed into a deep passion. Over time, I trained under expert gurus, earned certifications, and dedicated myself to continuous learning. Teaching yoga is now my purpose – helping others experience the same transformation I did.
Certifications & Experience
I am a certified yoga instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience. I hold a Diploma in Yoga and Wellness from a reputed institute, along with specialized training in Hatha Yoga and Pranayama. I have conducted group classes, one-on-one sessions, and wellness workshops for students of all age groups.
My Mission
My mission is to help individuals discover inner peace, balance, and strength through the ancient practice of yoga. I believe that yoga is for everyone — regardless of age or experience. Through compassionate teaching, I strive to make each session meaningful, healing, and empowering.
